Try a full reset.

Reset to factory settings With machine being turned off, press and hold down the Lungo button for 5 seconds. LEDS will blink fast 3 times to confirm machine has been reset to factory settings.

1 do you have a water tank in place?
2 does the water tank leak on its own?
if all is well check the broken seal from under the tank or pipe.

try doing descaling ferst

do not fors it you may have problems wi the piston try runing some worm water with out any capsule until it is flowing properly you may have some blocking in th esystem

YOU MUST CLEAN THE SPOUT TO MAKE WAY FOR THE WATER FLOWN PROPERLY TRY RUINING SOME WORM WATER FERST TO CLEAN UP AND MELT THE STUCK COFFEE

If it is Nespresso branded then contact them, check on Google. If it is another brand but using the Nespresso pods then contact the distributors of that other brand.

These machines are designed to use only Nespresso capsules. The UMilk, particularly, is susceptible to jamming if so-called "compatible" capsules are used, as the capsule is pierced electroncally, not manually as in most of the Nespresso range of machines.

Are you using genuine Nespresso capsules? Any other kind will cause the machine to malfunction.

I had a coffee machine that was letting out the water instead of making the coffee it turned out the hose that leads the water was disconnected from the source if you can get to the hose you may find the problem good luck

This problem is most likely being caused by air being trapped in the system. To fix this, please follow the following steps: -

- Turn on the Machine, ensuring there is water in the tank
- Wait until the light stops flashing and the machine is ready for use
- Lift the silver lever on top of the machine into the upright position
- Press the coffee button on your machine
- Push the silver lever back, away from you, and hold it in this position for 3 seconds
- Press the coffee button again to stop the water flow

This procedure releases the air blockage in the system and your machine should function normally again.
