Try to receive files by entering the bt-setting at your computer. Press receive file.. from your device instead of trying to send from the device.

How do I transfer photos from my folder (in my phone) & phone to either my sim cad or computer

If your computer has a bluetooth device installed in it, and your phone also has a bluetooth device installed in it, simply turn them on and, If you want to send files (photos inclusive) from your computer to your phone, right click on the file (photo) you wish to send, click on send via bluetooth, search for your phone but make sure your phone's bluetooth is turned on. When you find your phone on the list of available devices on your computer, select it and if the computer asks for a pass code, give it any number, like (1), and it will send the pic to your phone. If you wish to send files from your phone to your computer, go to the bluetooth icon on the navigation area of your computer, click on it and select receive a file, then your computer is now ready to receive files and you can now send the photos from your phone to your computer. On the other hand, if there is no bluetooth device installed on any of the devices, you can use the USB cord that came with your phone. Connect it to your computer, it would first of all try to install the device driver software. After then you can send files from your phone to your computer and from your computer to your phone.

Hi, My Samsung mobile is GT-C3303. I have problems in connecting to the bluetooth device on my laptop machine to transfer the music files. I have tried both 0000 and 9999 and 1234 but nothing is helping...

you have to pair your samsung phone to your laptop first before you can start sending and receiving files through bluetooth.
an option is, turn the bluetooth on your laptop on, then the bluetooth of your mobile phone on. on your phone, search for devices, then once you see the name of the bluetooth device of your laptop, tap it then choose connect or pair, you will be asked for a passkey (you can input anything try 0) or in some devices wait until a pop screen appears which will contain the passkey usually 5 to 6 digits. then click ok
another option is (i tried this using my samsung corby wifi and a samsung n150 laptop and it works just fine) make sure that the bluetooth on your laptop and phorne is turned on. on your laptop click on the bluetooth icon or click the file you want to send, then right click, then choose send to bluetooth, your laptop will then search for available devices, just choose your mobile phone then automatically there is a popscreen which has a passkey, then click ok. on your phone you will be asked to allow to connect thru the laptop, just click ok, then make sure that the passkey matches between your phone and laptop. (usually it is automatic, you just need to click ok) you should be able to send and receive files thru bluetooth on your phone and laptop
