XBOX 360 When I put a game disc in to play the screen goes white and a message in several differnet lanuages say.."To play game put in XBOX 360 c0nsole"

    Same problem....



    I've tried other games with same result.

    I've tried rebooting, cleaning, etc....not fixed.



    Contacted MS and they said it was a faulty disk drive.

Try using a cd lens cleaner in the XBox 360 dvd drive, and make sure the game cd does not have scratches.

Are you using a modded Xbox 360 console?, if not then the disc you are trying to play is probably a copied Xbox 360 disc which would not work on an original Xbox 360

Message "To play game put game in xbox 360 console"
Pick up in the DVD is bad or weak and will need replacing.
Or replace the whole DVD unit.

Make sure the disks are clean and not too scratched up
