If you have used a dealer/mechanic, it should be printed on their invoice, if you have retained them. If you don't have any invoices, you may have to visit the dealer/mechanic.
Your serial number would be on the original invoice with the model number, on the box it came in OR on the machine somewhere. Remove the sleeve if it has one, and check there.

you would have received you serial number either in an email or on the disc, maybe on the invoice. if you cannot find it you need to contact avanquest and they will send it out for you.
There's nothing to solve, Magix makes the serial numbers. Contact them (web, e-mail sales, phone) and see if they can authenticate you; have your invoice (often with serial number) handy if possible.
