I have the software. It is called Concord EyeQ Duo 2000 PC Installation Disk for Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP. It includes ArcSoft Suite which is Photo Impression 2000 and Video Impression 1.6 and the User's Guide and the Camera Drivers.
I might be able to just copy it if copyright's allow it. Email me @ my profile email or at angie73 *at* myway.com
You do not say what sort of trouble Charles so I cannot be specific. But assuming you are alluding to getting your images into your computer, and it is one running XP- then all you need do is to plug the camera with the supplied USB cable into the computer- ensure the camera is switched on and set to upload, and the computer does thg rest. If you have loaded the camera software disk remove it, Let Windows do the work.
