There is not enough information to really answer the question. However, if the paper is not "feeding" check for jams of other paper inside the printer.
The "FEEDER" part where you put the paper in usually has "SLIDEABLE" guides to keep the paper feeding correctly
you need to take all of the paper out then fix the paper so it is all aligned then place the paper back into the paper holder still all aligned this should then prinbt properly
This may occur if:
-the paper is too thick or too thin
-the roller mechanism is not properly aligned or has worn out
-the sheets of paper stick together
things you can try:
-unload the paper in the main tray and bend the stack of paper to loosen it up. Reload the paper to the main tray

I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy
paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print
button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it
will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I
have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there
over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this
way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps.Bud
Make sure the paper aligning slides are tight to the sides of the
paper. In the case that they are spring loaded make sure there is not
something preventing them from holding the paper properly aligned.
The print head could be 'off-track'...
If the text is properly aligned on the edge of the page, but appears
crooked it is related to the print head assembly. If the text is not
aligning to the edge of the page then the paper is not feeding straight
and the paper aligning slides are at fault.
It is also possible that one of the paper feed rollers are not grasping
the paper and it is forcing it to one side as it pulls it in.
