Caller can not hear me until I hit speakerphone iPhone 4s

Contact your Telco and ask them if there is a problem with your account and ask if they can test your device.

Also you don't say WHICH iPhone? 3GS, 4S iPhone 8, iPhone 15 Pro Max? Age matters.

In Phone>Recents, in the right part of the number you want to block is a 'i' (info) sign! Open it up and go to the bottom of page and hit "Block this Caller" !!

Try turning on the speakerphone to make sure that the audio was working...

Check the Settings. It's probably something that's OFF but should be ON.

If that doesn't work call Applecare, visit an Apple store or check the online Apple forums

To be check handset speakerphone part or electronic part for that speakerphone. There is difference handset speakerphone and speaker.

Is the multifunction button on the K100 allowing it to go into pairing mode? With speakerphone turned off, activate Bluetooth pairing mode by pressing and holding the Multifunction button to turn on speakerphone. The LED flashes red/blue to indicate pairing mode.

   • 7 Mute the speakerphone if you must leave your office or take a break from a conversation. The "Mute" key is available on the call screen and instantly cuts off your microphone and the speaker.
     
   • 8 Add new contacts to your iPhone that you have called on your speakerphone. You can go back to your "Recent Calls" list or the keyboard to find numbers to add to your "Contacts" list.
