U can enable department code for colour print, enable "no limit black", where user print colour only prompt for department code. All this can be done under User Function --> Department Management

Go to program, user ,department, and assigned new code

press the counter button then the deartment managment. passowrd is 123456 then you can register a new department code from the register department menu

you can set your own codes if you forgot yours. press the counter code then the department registration (botton left) it will ask for a password , press the password key and enter 123456 you can then goto register new department and you can create a new passwrd for yourself

1. restart machine
2. press the 0 & 8 keys
3. enter 263
4. press Start

you'll see admin password on screen.
restart machine again.
Go to Top access (machine IP address).
You'll see

enter password then login
Go to Administration tab
and you'll see


and disable it.

Press the Counter button --> Department Management --> Password --> "123456" (default) --> Department Registration --> Select old dept code--> Change

click the 123/counter button. click department managment. if the password is still set to default it should be 123456 . once you are in you c delete any code or create new ones but you cannot change them without knowing the department code.
