found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger

Download and install Nokia PC Suite and Nokia Software Updater available from Nokia.com, once installed use PC Suite to backup everything you need on your phone...

Make sure a working sim is inserted into the phone and General profile is selected, plug in the charger and turn the phone on, once fully started plug in the USB cable and run Nokia Software Updater, it will pick up the phones current version and download any updates...

plug is bad or the battery is bad one of these 2 things need to be replaced if you have a car charger try that it will let you know if your battery or charger needs to be replaced
