I need a control board for a Swim Rite pool heater #HP727 REV 4

SOURCE: sta rite 400na gives error code 05 after about 30 seconds

I am not sure if you have received an answer to the issue, or not, but just in case! An EO5 error code is an open stack flue sensor, or switch, There are two forms of the stack flue sensor, so you will need to know which one you have on the heater.

What this error code means is that the sensor "read" the flue temp to be over 500 degrees. Usually, it is just gone bad and reading the wrong temp.

this usually indicates a high limit condition.you must first ascertain if you have a component failure or a true high tempature condition.your model has 2 limit controls and they are both located in side panel on water in/out header

SOURCE: Pool Heater with communication (CE) Error

Code "CE" stands for communication error and describes a fault between the mother board and the display. I doubt it's the relay causing it though...

These pool heaters have a detailed users manual that has a great troubleshooting guide. I would try there first. They ask alot of questions that you have to be looking at the heater to answer. Here is a link to an online version.
