What is problem actually??? Problem could be several things.
1. Could be cooling coil over loaded with ice.
2. Could be electric defrost heater is burned out. This has happened to me two times over the life of my almost 50 year old Norge.
3. Could be the timer has gone bad.

By the way all the above can be fixed by a good technician.

I signed up with Hulu and now my HiSence TV does not have an app to let me use Hulu on it. How can I fix this?

1.Press the 'Input/Source' Button.
2.Press '2, 5, 8, 0' on the keypad of the remote.
3.Scroll down to "Reset All" and press "OK".
4.Select "Yes" and press "OK"

My hisence tv turns off and the red light and the hisence name stays lon.then I unplug and plug the tv it comes back on why is this happening

Sounds like the power supply board is starting to fail. Most likely blown, or leaking capacitors. The capacitors are normally a very cheap, and easy fix if you have any kind of soldering skills. The board itself can be a little pricy, but also easy to change, and less than a new tv.
