AirDynes are noisy due to the fan blades that create the resistance. If you mean some new noise it would likely be the hub. It's been 30 years since I've had my hands on an AirDyne, but from my memory and looking at images online it appears the hub can be adjusted or overhauled as with a normal bicycle hub. Without being there it is not possbile to help you further with so little info.
While I do not own an airdyne and have never seen one up close: To keep it working perfectly for a longer period of time, your bottom bracket bearings could probably use a little fresh grease as well as the 'wheel' or fan hub bearings. any moving parts that concact other parts might benifit from a touch or silicon spray or a bit of grease.
Hi-The best way to clean an Airdyne is to use a power washer on it. I take mine outside on the driveway once a year and give it a good power washing and all the dustthat gathers on the fan and anything else just gest power washed right off the bike. I spray the entire bike, all the gook from the spokes and any grease on the chain or sprokets all gets washed away. I wipe it down and take it back inside and it looks like new.
I have had good results using a product called Scott's Liquid Gold. It's available in many stores including grocery stores. I started using it to clean up console televisions after repairing them. Make sure you wipe it clean after using it. The residue will attract dust if you don't. It's sort of a "super Pledge"
