The last few months before I got a samsung sgh j600 from Great Britain! On these way I didn't get any warranty card or guarantee card with this cellular phone. So, I didn't get any support from our countries service center of this cellular phone companies agency in Gulshan, Dhaka yet.
The last 3/4 months before I have seen in my cellular phone monitor question marks for different menus. At that time I was shut down my device & pick off the battery. After sometimes I was gone to re-open the phone, but can't open my cellular phone yet.
What shall I do? Let me know please? I think I didn't any crime with your company. But why I will not support from your company for my samsung sgh j600 troubleshooting? Respectfully yours valid customer
