I think you mean a DR350.
1. Install the new drum and wait for it to display the "replace drum" error.
2. Open the front cover of the printer as if to change the toner out. The printer will read cover is open.
3. Press the clear/back button or just clear. The printer will say "replace drum?
4. press the 1 button and the printer will read "accepted".
5. Turn the printer off then on again to fully clear the error. Upon restarting the printer you'll be good to go.

Please show me how to reset drum error for Konica-minolta bizhub 20

Do you have an actual error or is the drum stating end of life?
If you have real error, error code will be needed.
If your drum is stating end of life, then check ebay for reset chips. These chips will reset your life counter.
But at some point , the drum will fail. Also no not shine strong light on drum and do not work on drum in front of sunny window, sunlight will kill drum.

Sounds like you nee to replace the developer. Try to reset the printer first. Enter the service menu by pressing utility > original size> stop>0>0>stop>0>1 the password is 00000000, in the service menu select tech mode, go to counter and clear the life of the developer and drums and then run F8 from functions.

On my bizhub 250 copier, there is a message stating " Please change PC Drum" My question is, How do I change PC Drum?

This is a service technician performed function. The PC Drum unit is changed by removing the whole imaging unit and then removing the drum section and changing it out. At the same time the developer needs to be cleaned from the developing unit and replaced with fresh developer. The drum counter is then reset using the service mode and then the new developer must be calibrated using the F8 mode. So in this machine's case, this is just not a pull out the old unit and plug in a new one.
If you find the "right" service guy, he can come in and reset the drum counter and do the f8 without changing either the drum or the developer. This can sometimes get twice the life out of the unit. Copy quality can degrade a bit towards the end of the second cycle.
If you just reset it your looking at around $100. If you do everything that is called for then the cost is more like $350.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.
