It's not too hard to transfer files from your Windows PC to your Sony PSP, but here's the trick: the "PSP Value Pack" doesn't have everything that you need. Not so good. In fact, you'll want to add a larger Memory Stick Duo, for example, because 32MB just isn't much space at all, when you come down to it.
The other missing piece in the Value Pack is the USB cable that lets you connect your Sony PSP to your Windows PC and, of course, vice versa. Fortunately, these are pretty easy to find - anywhere that carries Sony digital cameras should have the right USB cable, or you can try somewhere like Froogle to find a cable. I did a quick search and found cables for as low as $5 from one store.
To get everything working, plug the Sony PSP into the Windows PC via USB cable, plug the PSP into the wall, then turn both units on. On the PSP, click the "USB Connection" button (on the Settings menu) and, hopefully, your PC will beep and tell you that it's found a new "removable disk": your PSP.
Using Windows Explorer, find the new PSP device and if there isn't already a folder called PHOTO on it, create one as you ordinarily would create a folder in Windows. Now just drop in any JPEG images you'd like to have viewable on your PSP while on the go.
Music-wise, you'll want to create a folder called MUSIC and drop in MP3 format music files (which means that you can't play music you get from the Apple iTunes Store, for example, because that's in a different format).

What do you think is much better to have; PSP, Portable DVD Player or Iphone?

psp get boring dvd players only play videos and music. i phone does everything get the iphone all the way and iphone but it ends up costing so much moeny.. psp - pictures movies music games and wifi web browser
portable dvd player - dvds on the go
iphone - pictures movies music games data apps phone, etc
the dvd player will be the cheapest, one time fee, then after that you just need dvds, the psp will be good for more than one thing, making it superior to the dvd player, and then theres iphone. well, with a monthly fee, it may not be what your looking for. but if you need a phone its the best..

I have a question

That's a slightly vague question, but I can tell you a couple things...

I guess one thing you'll want to know is how to upload stuff.

You'll first need to connect your psp to the computer via the usb cord you got with your psp. Then go into the psp settings menu and scroll up till you get to usb connection. Click that and then you'll be connected to the computer. I don't know what kind of computer you have but it should have a pop-up that tells you something is plugged in. Mine personally says something like the computer recognized a removable drive would you like to open it? If your computer does that click yes, if your computer is an older computer and doesn’t do that… go into My Computer and open the psp drive

The psp drive will contain a couple of folders

PSP
MP_ROOT
MUSIC
PICTURE
VIDEO

If you want to put music and pictures on your psp, all you’ll need to do is open the correct folder and put in the music and or pictures you wish to upload.

*If you want to play WMA you’ll have to go into settings and enable WMA play or else the psp won’t play them, and also make sure your photos are .jpg or .jpeg

If you want to play a video on you psp you’ll have to load a psp video converter on you computer to convert the files to the correct format. Once they’re in the correct format you’ll need to open the file MP_ROOT folder, and then open the 100MNV01 folder and place the file into the folder.

Once you’ve uploaded what you’ve wanted press O on the psp, which will bring you back to the menu.

Loading music to psp

Make sure you copied your music to the ms0:\Music\ folder.

By any chance, can your psp read pictures from the memory stick?
