This error is for a blocked magenta print head, so if you have done it allready, run the printer headcleaning routine, this is normaly found in the print driver under maintanance, or in the seperate software if supplyed

Earlier FIXYA question in 2013 suggested changing the ink collector unit.

I have a ricoh SG 3110 DN error code 28112. Can I fix this?

Sometimes when you get an error on a printer you can just press the stop button or some have a clear button to get rid of the error code.
If that doesn't work, try unplugging the printer from the outlet for a few seconds then plug back in to reset the error code.
