The temperature sensor might be faulty. The temperature sensor is responsible for detecting the temperature of the oil in the Actifry. If the sensor is faulty, it might not be able to detect the correct temperature, and the Actifry might stop working as a safety precaution.
The thermostat might be faulty. The thermostat is responsible for regulating the temperature of the oil in the Actifry. If the thermostat is faulty, it might not be able to keep the oil at the correct temperature, and the Actifry might stop working as a safety precaution.
The oil might be too low. The Actifry needs a certain amount of oil to function properly. If the oil is too low, the Actifry might stop working as a safety precaution.
Bring the outside sensor inside. Take the batteries out of the sensor and out of the main unit. Wait 10 minutes. Put the batteries back in the remote sensor. Put the batteries back in the main unit. Do not touch any of the buttons. Wait 10 minutes. If the remote temperature is not showing within 10 minutes, try again. Once the remote temperature is showing, you can set the clock.
Bring the outdoor sensor indoors. Take the batteries out of the sensor and out of the main unit. Wait 10 minutes. Put the batteries back in the outdoor sensor. Put the batteries back in the main unit. DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS. Wait 10 minutes or until the outdoor temperature shows. Once the temperature shows you may use the buttons to set the clock, etc. If it does not show after 10 minutes, then try again.
The temperature is within manufactures specifications.
By that I mean that the majority of manufactures allow a tolerance of + or - 10 % of the set temperature.
So, in your case, 10% of 350 degrees is 35 degrees, thereby showing that the actual temperature you are obtaining is well within the 10% allowance.
