Question about Locks & Locksmithing

Secustar Safe is locked

I have a Secustar Safe I bought for my mother in 2012. It is empty but I want to use it. It is an EA or ES. She passed away and the key is lost and batteries dead. I know the combination. I wrote to the mfg. and they said to contact dealer. I bought on Ebay in 2012 don't know dealer. I have a code H0859 near the keyhole. Is there a dealer near 70737 or can a locksmith open this without damage. The mfg says if I send $20 to China they will send a key copy (does that mean a key to open or a blank? HELP!

My secustar wall safe would just blink yellow light and beep when I put in my code. Luckily found key hooked to my very hungry pit bull guard dog Killers collar. Lol opened safe replaced batteries still code no workie. Then inside door found red reset button Pushed it then put in my six digit code then hit B (I think code can be 3-6 digits long but 6 worked for me and I think you can hit A or B but B worked for me too) and it was all good again.

My secustar safe wont open by entering my password, dont have the keys since i bought this semi-used on a garage sale. How can i open it? the number under cover is H0667 a locksmith will charge me 40 usd...

I just had the same problem because the battery had died, luckily I didn't sleep through all of my science classes so I got the wifes hair dryer, warrmed up the outer shell of the safe for about 10 minutes which allowed the batteries once last gasp and opened the safe. Changed the batteries and good to go.
Now my question - this is a secustar wall safe and ' thought it came with a key that I can't find nor can I foind a spot to use a key? how do I know if it is the model that uses a key ?

Lost instructions for sandleford E.S.20 safe

The operating instructions on the ES20 as per the crappy manual:

Open safe using emergency key provided

Insert batteries in the box inside the door

Opening the safe
a. pre-set factory code 159
b. input 159 (the yellow light will flash and the buzzer will beep), then press B or A button, the green light will be on, rotate the knob clockwise, pull outwards, the door is opened

Closing the safe: close the door, input the code (the green light will flash for 5 secs). Turn the knob anti clockwise, the control system will activate and the safe will be locked

Changing the code: open the safe, press the red button located inside the door, the yellow light will go on indicating the code can be changed. Input the new code (1-8 digits), then press A or B button, it shall be confirmed by two beeps indicating the new code has been accepted and stored. If the yellow light and buzzer beeps 3 times the code is invalid - try again

Emergency Key - store in secure place NOT inside the safe. Remove the override cover in the centre of the face of Safe (its a silver plastic panel with Sandleford Electronic Safe ES20 on it), insert override key (a cyclinder key) - hidden underneath the override cover panel - and turn anti clockwise, rotate the knob clockwise to open door

Changing the Battery - If the red and green light are on this indicates that the batteries are low and require changing. To ensure the batteries have been installed correctly test before closing the door
