What is a 310 error - OKI C3400n Laser Printer

Xerox says error 061-310 to 061-937 are power fault. Check the power supply.

310 dash what? 310-1000? it really and all-in-one PC.
what is the full model name and number.
no text? screen never ever shows any thing?

is the fan running inside, and blowing air.? it must.

power on
fan blows.
BIOS POST's with errors if found. (3 ways) beep ,text or flashing keyboard led codes.
bios text mesages, logos
windows boots.
windows login, screen
last desktop and (startup files load)

Whenr. posting error codes, it is best to indicate device, brand, model number. If this is a OKI laser printer, the error code 310 may be indicating a top cover is open. On a canon laser printer, the code 330 may indicate a need to replace or repair a power supply. Codes vary by brand. You might try googling the code plus the brand and possibly the model. Sound like card id damaged, try a new card.

Network Controller Software Failure

both are "cover open errors"

310 is top cover
311 is front cover

make sure both are closing properly.

Have you tried changing the batteries to new/charged ones?
