The drain pump on those are fairly common to have problems...
It could be that the washer is not getting all the water out of the tub so the close stay wet. here's a link to the part:
Drain Pump 35 6780
It could also be that the tub is not spinning fast enough to squeeze water out of the clothes... Does it seem to bee spinning well?

Water coming out front of condenser

It is difficult for me to understand why any water should be coming from the dryer. Your washer maybe the fault, clothes should be, at best, damp from the washer with very little excess moisture. Check to see if your clothes washer is spinning, if necessary try turning off the water supply to the washer and run another rinse/spin cycle, if your clothes are still wet or dripping then your washer needs repair. Check that first... And report back

Samsung washer gets clothes dirty

Put a whole house water filter on the cold side of the inlet water. I bet you have well water with lime in it??? Wash your clothes only in cold water. Rub a couple of empty loads with clorox, lime away, oxy clean to remove any build up in your washer

Hi can you tell me which programme is the short wash and spin please

I think I have the same type of washing machine as you do. Wash is when all the clothes get agitated or mixed with soap and water (ever look in there when its washing? the water can get pretty gross looking!) So in my washer, the rinse cycle is when all that gross water is drained, and the washer spins while spraying clean water over the clothes to get rid of the dirty water and soap. I think mine does this 5 or 6 times in the cycle. Next is the spin cycle, which is when the washer spins REALLY fast to **** as much water out of the clothes as possible, so that the clothes aren't sopping wet when you put them in the dryer.

It sounds like your mom has a newer washing machine, probably a front load one, and they do seem to keep using clean water, instead of just agitating the clothes in dirty water.

What is thebest tepmerature for white garments

Set your water temperature to "cold" on your clothes washer. Unless your clothes have oil or grease stains, cold water is usually adequate to clean white and colored clothes. In fact, washing clothes in cold water allows fabrics to retain their color and strength longer.

I have a error code washer mayta f20

Hi,

"F20" indicates a water inlet problem (no water or insufficient water supply) in your washer. To resolve this issue check your washer inlets, maybe the water valves are off or you don't have enough water pressure.

Thank you!!

Smeared clothes

Hi!

You can look at this as to how lint/whitening from your clothes can be removed---

This is due to un-dissolved soap and is worst in a colder climate where the cold water entering the washer is much colder than normal.

Cutting usage to 1/2 of what it says will still wash good and also cut your chances of getting "whiting" on your clothes.

Over loading the washer is another cause: Even if the agitator is suppose to go back and forth, the clothes are not. If you can hold the lid button on your washer so you can watch the clothes wash, they should 'roll" in the basket and not go back and forth like the agitator. The clothes will go down the side of the agitator, across the bottom of the basket, up the side of the basket and across the top of the water in a rolling motion. Overloading is not just too many clothes but also too little water for the size of the load is another way of having a overloaded wash load.

Water temp is also important: Use a thermometer to test the temp of the incoming water in your washer. Hot water should be close to 140 degrees F.
