Top frig. has ER IF on the water panel? Nothing seems to be working. JUst replaced the water filter and still nothing changed. Can't get it working.

The 1F error has nothing to do with the water filter. It means that the fan isn't spinning properly. This is the fan in the freezer. The problem could be a build up of ice or a failing fan or a problem with the motherboard. Some with the error can hear the fan spin for 15 seconds and then stop.

If you add a comment with the model number of your refrigerator, I should be able to able to direct you to the parts list. If the problem recurs after you defrost the fan, you'll need to replace the parts. Unfortunately, it's impossible to determine which part is bad. The usual solution is to replace the fan and then the motherboard if the error recurs.

I hope this helps.

Working but extremely noisy freezer

most likely noise is coming from evaporator fan motor.go here,it will show you the parts in your model,
http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Frigidaire-Parts/Freezer-Parts/Model-PLFU1778ES0/1428/0142000/R0510085/00002?blt=06&prst=&shdMod=
unplug the freezer, remove shelves and remove back inside wall to get at the fan motor.you might see yellow stains around motor area, that's from the oil that leaked out of fan motor, also if noise stops and you notice that the freezer is cold on bottom and warm on top the fan motor died and needs to be replaced right away.hope this helps and you should change the motor out before you loose any food.

You can order a replacement fan from HP. Search for replace parts under your model computer when you go to HP's web site.

My Zanussi double oven switches off during the cooking period.

If it turns off after it has been on a while, then it could be caused by overheating due to failure of the external cooling fan.
The fan is designed to prevent the oven overheating, and failure of the fan causes a safety thermostat to operate and stops the oven from working.
You need to access the fan to check that it is working.
It is usually located at the top of the oven at the rear, and entails removing the top cover and the back cover possibly depending on the model number.
What you are looking for is a cylindrical type fan about 8" to 12" long, again depending on model.
Hope this helps solve your problem.
If you requies any nore info, please e-mail.

Dometic rm2652 frige just stopped working, gas nor

Check 12V supply and fuses on lower board. If display functions okay, then look for yellow residue on back of refrigerator near burner. If yes, then cooling unit has leaked and needs to be replaced. See if recall kit has been installed, and check for 12V at both sides of limit switch. If no power on either side, then thermal link has blown, and need to be replaced, If 12V on one side, but not the other, than limit is tripped, and needs to be reset, by pushing button, or if not resetting, then replace, Check for obstructions to the bottom and top vent to make sure they are not blocked, On models with top side vent, check cooling fan for proper operation.

Refrigerator stopped working but thefreezer works

More than likely it is your evaporator fan has gone out. This fan is located between the top of the fridge and the bottom of the freezer in the area around you temp adjustment knob.. This is an easy part to replace just pay attention to the peices you remove to insure they go back to the same place. Take the model and serial number to the appliance parts house for proper replacement part . This should cure your problem.. Good Luck

Ceiling fan with light and remote stopped working

It's most likely the receiver for the remote (transmitter) -- it's located under the cover at the top of the fan -- will need replacing.
