Engine Fuser Low Heat Error

I'm afraid that I'll have to take the printer somewhere to get a part replaced, but I thought I'd post this problem in case someone has some advice. The message I get is "Engine Fuser Low Heat Error." The printer goes through the steps of "ready"  and "processing" but then I get the error message and nothing gets printed.

Low heat error problam coming please tell me 03000630967

However, I can help you troubleshoot the "Low Heat Error" problem with your printer.A "Low Heat Error" typically occurs when the fuser unit in the printer is not reaching the correct operating temperature. The fuser unit is responsible for fixing the toner onto the paper using heat.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the "Low Heat Error" issue:
  1. Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 10-15 minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on again. This can sometimes reset the fuser unit and clear the error.
  2. Check Power Source: Ensure that the printer is connected to a stable power source. Fluctuations in power supply can affect the fuser's heating element.
  3. Printer Environment: Make sure the printer is placed in a suitable environment with adequate ventilation. Overheating of the printer due to poor airflow can trigger a low heat error.
  4. Allow Warm-Up Time: After turning on the printer, give it some time to warm up fully. The fuser unit needs a few minutes to reach its optimal operating temperature.
  5. Inspect Fuser Unit: Check the fuser unit for any visible signs of damage or malfunctions. If you notice any issues with the fuser, it may need to be replaced.
  6. Update Firmware (Optional): Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve known issues.

On screen, write "engine fuser low heat error"

When there is a fuser problem, usually try to replace the fuser. But, if the same error occurs, the printer may have another problem.

Engine Fuser Low Heat Error

What this means is that the fuser is not reaching operating temperature. The most common reason for this failure is the xenon lamp inside the heat roller of the fuser has burned out. You can verify this by checking for continuity between the two contacts that connect to the lamp with an Ohm meter or digital multi meter.

If the continuity is good, the second most common reason for failure would be the LVPS, or low voltage power supply.

And last, although by far the least common reason for this error is the main logic board.

Have you checked to see if the unit is under warranty? If so, this would be a covered repair.

The part number for the fuser is listed below. Depending on your location and electrical system ( 110 or 220 )

ELA UNIT-FUSER 230V part number :JC96-03239A for use with 230V
ELA UNIT-FUSER 110V part number :JC96-03239B for use with 110V

Other then samsung, you can try a google search, and also an ebay search for the part number and find the best price for the item.

Good luck,

Cory

"Low Heat Error"

Thats probably the best way to solve the solution. Sometimes if there is a thermistor that is causing the problem that can be serviceable in the fuser unit, that can be replaced instead of purchasing a whole new fuser assembly. It's less expensive replacing the thermistor.

Engine Fuser Low Heat Error

there is a 2 wire device (thermistor) that rests against the fuser roller to measure the temperauture. if the fuser is getting quite hot, suspect the thermistor to be either dirty (remove and clean it with alcohol) or defective. if fuser not getting hot, then suspect burned out fuser heater (look inside fuser roller for a long light bulb).

Engine Fuser Low Heat Error

Basically the error message is telling you the printer cannot keep the fuser temperature at the proper temperature (too low). It could be a lot of things but typically it is due to a fuser assembly gone bad.
