LG neon unlock

Go into your memory card and move the photo and music file to phone memory.
Then select the ringtone for your profile.
Dexactly the same with the photo.

This will stop your phone reverting back to default.

Hi, the problem you are having is with the settings that are stored on your phone, the chances are these have never been setup correctly and you usually get this problem when you change the sim card in the phone to another sim or another network.

the settings you need for picture messages is the mms and the settings you need for the internet are the wap settings so if your internet is working on the phone just ask for the mms which is the media message settings or if you need the wap which is wireless access protocol settings then ask for these as well
now all you need to do to solve this problem is call your service provider and tell them the make and model of phone you have got then ask them to send you the latest mms and wap settings.

your service provider wont charge you anything for doing this and they will send you the settings via text message this will then update your phone to the latest settings and you will be able to use the phone as you want to then.

you can sometimes send the settings to the phone yourself via your service providers web site, but not all service providers offer this service so you would have to check.

the quickest and easiest way would be to give them a call and ask them to send you the latest settings. they will do this for free so just give them a call and your phone will be then set up correctly.

I had the same problem, so i went down to ATT and told them about it and they got on my phone and put everything back to how it was!! I couldn't recieve mms messages and some music files!! You might have changed some kind of setting that you don't remember and thats why it's happening!! Thats what i did!! just take it in, they will fix it for free in like 5 minutes!!

this is because, you mms settings is not configured.

Call the customer care of your network provider and ask them to send the mms configuration settings to your phone.

Once this is done, you will be able to receive and send pic messages with your phone.

call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options

okay this hapened to me what you do is go to you message menu go to message settings and go to text message then you have to go to message center number make sure the number matches the one given to you in your user manual

Check your message centre number it may be changed call your service provider for correct message centre number.

i hate my lg neon sooo much    its been 2 months and it doesnt work and it fell apart and i havnt told anyone    i had to snap it to gether but it is so fragille and wobballly

Should have your companies settings and should have a red check if activated.

everytime i text someone the person i send it to never recieves the message.
