How do you reassemble a Capresso 560 Coffee Grinder?

Using these methods, you may reassemble a Capresso 560 coffee grinder :-
  1. Verify that the grinder is disconnected and touchably cool.
  2. Reinstall the bottom burr component.
  3. Replace the three metal balls and three springs under the burr.
  4. Replace the bottom burr piece with a screw.
  5. Change the T10 11.59mm screw.
  6. Put the green wire back where it was.
  7. Change the washer and metal retainer.
  8. Put the hopper back where it belongs.
  9. To check that the grinder is operating correctly, turn it on and ground some coffee beans.
Here are some extra pointers :-
  • Take care not to misplace any of the tiny components. Before tightening the screws, make sure the grinder is correctly positioned.
  • You can take the grinder to a trained technician if you don't feel comfortable reassembling it.

Can I replace the grinder in my saeco odeo giro?

yes see the next steps. and fix it. God bless you
  1. Unplug the unit from the electrical receptacle.
  2. Remove the pot and basket. Remove or tape closed the water reservoir lid.
  3. Turn the appliance over and remove all screws that secure the case halves. Lift off the case to expose the heating element and controls.
  4. Inspect the control cavity to determine if the solution is simple: disconnected wire, debris, etc. If so, fix, reassemble, and test. Otherwise, continue with the next step.
  5. Use a DVOM to test the HEATING ELEMENTS and the switch, thermostat, and timer .
  6. Replace any defective parts or decide to replace the appliance, as appropriate.
  7. Reassemble the appliance and reinstall the pot and basket.
  8. Fill the water reservoir approximately half full, then plug in and turn on the coffee maker to test its operation.

Bosch Coffee Grinder KM13

This is a picture of a KM 13. This grinder stopped working and I think it was the switch that caused the problem. All I did was reassembling the switch - which consists of a thin piece of copper - and cleaned the points where the coils touch the rotor. 6_9_2012_9_54_34_am.jpg6_9_2012_9_55_08_am.jpg

I own a Delta 23 680 bench grinder. The mounting bolts came loose and went into the casing. I have taken the grinder apart so that I can pull off the caps on the ends to gain access to the bolts but I...

first mark the caps so that when you reassemble they will align properly, Next get a small screwdriver and GENTLY pry the cap apart. One end probably has a rotating switch with wires coming from it so be careful. When reassembling you can use a small piece of wood to tap the end bells back into place.

I can hear the grinder on nuova simonelli try to gring, but it seems like soemthing is stuck. how can i fix this?

Remove the bean hopper and vac out all beans, then remove black cover, then 3 phillips screws, and top part of burrs should come off. Clean our chamber then reassemble. DO NOT TURN ON. Make sure middle nut in chamber spins freely, use fingers to turn, if not adjust setting to coarser, until it moves freely, then turn on grinder. All you have to do now is set your grind.

Grinder doesnt grind beans although the motor works and the burr spins. I have cleaned it per the instructions and reassembled . Everything seems to fit together properly, but the beans don't seem to be...

I would suspect a log in the outlet shute where it goes into the grinds hopper. Clean it out and then turn the hopper to the coarsest setting to clean it out all together. Coarse grinds are a very good cleaner.

Blade installed upside down

I did this, too. Tell your M-i-L not to feel bad--it's an easy mistake. A Torx T20 driver will remove the center screw. However, when you remove the rotating blade, 3 springs and 3 bearings will come flying out. I'm not sure what order they go in when you reassemble the grinder. I reassembled the unit, and ever since it has not been able to grind the coffee quite as fine as I would like. Have not been able to find any info, such as an exploded parts diagram, to tell me the proper assembly.
