If you open your motherboard, then you can see a lot of input and output ports behind the motherboard, where you connect VGA, mouse, keyboard etc wires at that place there is a 3.5mm jack which may be green in color, you can connect specker wire there

I cannot hear callers on my HTC 8125 unless I put them on speakerphone.

Your earpiece speaker may have gotten disconnected or gone bad. To repair, you must open the phone and look for a loose wire on the speaker and on the board. Replacement speakers can be purchased on-line or on ebay. You can find instructable videos on Youtube to show you how to open your phone.

Power switch Wire has dissconected from the motherboard

There will be a series of pin headers on the edge of the board. They are almost always labelled PWR but if you haven't disconnected all the others (HD indicator, speaker, etc) it should be obvious where it fits.

Asus k7m motherboard connections

The jumpers are located in the lower right hand part of the MB. Here is the user manual (in PDF format), linked from the ASUS website. It has diagrams, and instructions on connecting those wires.
