Most of these boilers don"t have a permenant pilot light they have electronic ignition that lights the burner when you are calling for heat or hot water, is there enough water pressure in the boiler ( there is a small gauge on the bottom r/h side of the boiler the needle should be sitting at between 1 - 2 if not enough pressure the boiler won"t light )
Hi there I read your report. sounds like your polite need's to be clean. try this tip. Take a paper clip and clean out the polite real good then try to relight it again. If it's still not light. check your control valve and your regulator valve. it'll be one of those two things. Let me know how that went.TY for writing to fix ya.
In general, large button from gas valve push in & hold 20-30 secs at same time push electronic lighter/ignition button to light pilot. Remember to hold in only gas button. the pilot light heats up a thermo couple [u can see this in the flame] and when hot enough allows the main gas through and the pilot to remain on. If not then either thermo couple not heated for long enough or it may need replacing
My pilot light also just went out on my water wizard 13P when you relight ensure all buttons are equal in height or none depressed then hold far left button down whilst striking ignition button till pilot light ignites keep left hand button depressed for a further 3 seconds after pilot light has ignited I hope you have hot water then
