Hi, the tracking motor on the lens Assembly is faulty, you will need to either replace the tracking motor or the entire optical lens assembly.

Depends on what you want to record and what capabilities the other equipment has - analog audio passed through the Denon and/or digital audio from it or another device, like a CD player. There are both Inputs and Outputs.

Treat it like a tape deck: It will have analog input from the receiver's Tape Out jacks and it will send analog playback and monitoring to the receiver on the Tape In jacks. (Page 14)

Ditto for compatible digital connections. (Page 15)
