What spark plug is in a 26b - Homelite Consumer Products MightyLite Handheld Gas Blower with Quicker, Easier Starting

Champion RCJ-6Y or NGK BPMR7A spark plug with .025 in. electrode gap.

refer to owners manual, look at existing spark plug, or type in search engine Homelite 26 B leaf blower spark plug

Needs to de fully dried out I take its pull cord that's likely where the problem is

Gap should be .010

Screw in plug pull starter rope with spark wire removed remove plug see if it has been struck by piston if not hook up wire and go.

Possibly bad switch remove one of the wires to switch and try. If still no fire probably bad coil.

Try starting as you would normally and check plug for gas on plug tip if none probably carburetor if fuel on plug then Remove plug attach body of plug to aluminum housing and pull watch for spark at plug gap. If none either stop switch Wire grounded or coil bad.

when you pulled the start cord, gasoline vapors were ignited when you put the spark plug too close to the fuel source.
