Connecting a dvd player to a BUSH Bush BTV180T 14in TV/VCR Combi

Please can you help me, I have connected a panasonic dvd player to a BUSH Bush BTV180T 14in TV/VCR Combi via a skart lead, however I am unable to get the dvd to play. It appears that the tv cannot tune to the dvd player because it only has one AV channel (AV1) that is tuned into the vcr in the combi.

Please can you help.

The av channel on my bus tv video combo is really crackly, and it's really annoying for sound on my DVD player!! Help!

If there is a scart connection on your bush tv then

you can use your panasonic dvd player on it, trust me

just look all over the remote carefully for an AV button, or failing that press channel up or down whilst the DVD is powered up and playing a disc and you will have solved it

Hi my bush modle is btv183dvd\c i live in iran but i didnot buy this in iran well i listened that this modle has code ( if you kepp the negative switch volume on your tv & in that time push & keep the number 6 on controler ) you can see very much codes please dont change thoese
but i changed thoese and know i cant search for channel and it cant show that channel that befor time show that
please help me thank's

Bush tv combi led24265dvdcntdfvpxy dvd will not play.

Have you tried DVD lens cleaner, More than one shop bought DVD disc and 1. Menu 2. Scroll down to installation press ok 3. Scroll down to first time installation 4. Scroll left for yes press ok then once reset follow on screen instructions to set this back up.

Ineed to know how to interconnect our tv, vcr, dvd and top set box, Can you help? Philips DVP3120/05, Philips VR720 Philips 282 tv with built in dvd and Bush free view top box.

Problem solved : incorrect connection of scat leads Solved by roof top digal aerial Digi top box and on to VCR. and then on to TV.
Scart from VCR to TV
Scart from VCR to DVD
Scart from Digi Top Box to TV.
Everything now functions correctly
Equipment connected:
Philips VCR: 720/07
Philips TV : 28PW6515/05
Philips DVD: DVP3120
Bush top box

I have a bush vcr/dvd combi F09a02595 /I set it up/ put a cassette tape in/ the word lock came on/ and what ever I do I cannot get by it. I am aged and cannot solve it. Thank you cliff

I had not read instructions correctly/ by pressing the standby button for 8 seconds it solved the problem

Aparently its the wire!!! as your sawpping the scart so yeah change the wire and you be a happy person!

Hi ,
Thanx for the reply.
managed to sort it second time around.
Just ran the coax from the rf socket downstairs to the back of the tv link ,which is attatched into the ariel socket in the back of upstairs tv.
the tv link comes with good instructions,but need reading carefully first.

your daughter has done nothing wrong, certain dvd,s have region codes for different countries.you can program the player with your remote, but you will need the hack number.i,m looking for it myself, so if you find it,pass it on!
