Hi,
I have had this same problem, and even after phoning the Support line I got nowhere, however you can use System Rescue Cd which you can download here :-
http://www.sysresccd.org/Download
this has a Hardware Lister and you can get the names of the pieces of hardware you need drivers for. I am still in the process of doing this, but so far it seems I only really need the Video, Sound and WiFi drivers, the Windows 7 default for the rest seem ok.
My Wifi adapter is a Ralink RT2561, the drivers for which can be found here:-
http://www.x-drivers.com/catalog/drivers/wireless_networks/companies/ralink/models/rt2561/5661.html
both the sound and video drivers appear to be ATI, so I am going to try this :-
http://xpdrivers.com/ati/_2_135301.cfm?gclid=CI7Cy67P96MCFQ1t4wodmUB9Jg
hopefully it will detect and install drivers as necessary. I know most of these drivers will probably be for XP, but having previously installed Windows 7 on a desktop PC I know they generally work fine for Windows 7.
Hope that has helped.
Cheers
Shady

The problem may come from wrong driver installed.
Is your OS genuine? If yes the problem is not from the from OS.
iF NO, Reinstall your Os using XP Service pack 3 and get all driver installed.
If there are more problem on this the hard ware has to be checked.
You are welcome.
