SOURCE: Last line or two of print gets cut off
I have seen this suggested in a HP Support Forum. See if it solves your problem:
1. Go to your printers folder, right-click on (the network connected) printer that you are having the problem with and select "Properties"
2. When the properties window opens, click on the "Ports" tab.
3. Near the bottom of the Ports tab window is a check box for "Enable bidirectional support", uncheck it and click "OK"

Ah the C7250, my favourite pain in the a***!
This machine really lets HP down, they are a fantastic company for print machines but this photosmart rubbish is a real headache.
There is such a thing as a defective cartridge, but you've already tried more than one set. And of course I am assuming your not using the refilled or reconditioned variety? Or have ever? That is a big no no.
You'll likely find that a service will get this back on its feet, but this is an extremely common issue with these printers and if its in warranty I'd get it back in the shop and quick, hopefully change it because you'll always have problems with this model.
Sorry for the bad news, I service HP printers and although on the whole HP make some fantastic printers, this isnt one of them!
If
you need more help come back.
