All it took was a Google search and then select Support under Lexmark! (the first thing found in the search)

I installed my Lexmark 2470 into my new Toshiba laptop computer, I can not get it to scan will not open Lexmark all in one
Hi. Try running the installation cd again to make sure the scan software is installed. If you already tried that, uninstall and reinstall the software. Probably, it just didn't read the cd properly. Hope this helps.

My 2470 lexmark printer won't print.
There may be communication if the driver install for the printer is not vista compatible, kindly check that first, because the driver might be working for XP not vista, so you need to download the one that is vista compatible in order for it to be seen by the system.
