I need the Sony VGP-BMS21 Bluetooth Laser Mouse pairing code or passcode.
Hi,
Try this
> (Go To) Control Panel > Bluetooth Devices
If your device is already there
Highlight device then in menu bar select Remove Wireless devise
Click on Yes
When device removed or if it was not there in the first place
> Add Wireless Device
When computer finds your device select it
Click on Next
Choose Pair without CODE
Click on Next.
Computer should then install drivers
This works with my Sony VGP-BMS33

Mine was fine at first but now it does the same as yours. I suspect the rechargeable battery needs replacing but I can't find anywhere in the world that sells them separatey to the mouse :-(
SOURCE: What is pairing code for
According to the Sony website (see direct link below) the instructions say to "not use passcode" when pairing. The link is to the adobe pdf installation page so if you follow it step-by-step, you should be up and running under two minutes.

Windows 7 and Windows Vista were built off of almost the same code. Try using the windows vista drivers anyway. If it doesn't work, you can always uninstall them.
