Hi Friend, thank you for your question!
I understand you would like to know how to unlock the door of your Frigidaire oven. May I please have your model number? You can typically locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) inside the storage drawer, on the right side. With this information I can provide you the correct instructions. Thank you! - Z

SOURCE: oven door won't unlock
I posted a message on 12/27 and since then I have contacted Jenn-Air again and as I mentioned above the two things they told me to do didn't work, so I looked at the schematic of the unit and there appears to be a motor that locks and unlocks the door. I have a service repair coming this Saturday and seems to believe the motor is bad. Trenatru are you getting an error message? I was told by Jenn-Air that there is a 6 yr. warranty on electrical parts so will try to keep you posted if that is the cause. If you havn't tried shutting off the power try that first. They said keep it off for a couple minutes before turning back on. If that try pushing on the door and hitting cancel twice. If those two things don't work, will let you know what I find out next weekend.

SOURCE: The Oven is a Frigidaire
Hi!!
It wont hurt to try to reset the Electronic Clock Control by disconnecting power to the unit for a couple of minutes, connect it back up and check operation. If problem still present, Check the latch/lock motor, door latch, oven temp. probe and all wiring specially at the terminal block (see diagram for component picture and location) if it OK, most likely the problem is on the electronic clock control (aka EOC). Replace it
The part number for the EOC is AP2125564, this board costs about $200, you may want to try the following link to have your board re manufactured for a fraction of the cost. http://www.appliance411.com/links/jump.cgi?ID=769

Hello friend, thank you for your post!
Based off the information you have provided you need to know the location of the speed bake switch inside of your Frigidaire oven. I would be happy to provide you with that information, if you can provide me with your model number. You can locate the model number on the serial tag and that can be found on the bottom drawer frame. Once I have that information I would be able to assist you further. -Matt
