What is service require? and how to get this softwere?

hi.this is a softwere problem not virus.try factory resetting code is 12345. or go to retailer or nokia service centre to insaling new softwere but all data will erased.

its a softwere problem.reinstall softwere in service center or provider.

Check the Windows Hardware Compatibility List ... google it ...

Linix might be an option ... check their hardware requirements ...

I am not sure which Laptop you own cause you have not specified.
But I believe Slim Driver is the way to go.

Download slim driver from above link (Orange Bar) and scan your system with it.
It will automatically download and install your drivers for you.
DO make a backup of your system before attempting this because it is always handy to have a backup in case something goes wrong.

I think your software does't support Window 7 Ulta because it is on 86 bit.
Check out the latest version of your software for that.

Select Drivers & downloads then driver finder.

Type in your model x2350 for example

Select your windows version

Download the setup program.

1.Download software
2.Run the downloaded setup
3.Plugin the printer when asked
4.Done
