DOOR REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
If it is necessary to move the refrigerator through narrow doorways, follow these steps to remove the doors.
IMPORTANT: Before you begin, turn your freezer and fresh food controls to "O" and remove electrical power cord from the wall outlet. Remove any food from the door shelves.

1. Disconnect electrical supply.
2. Open both doors, then remove toe grille.
3. Close doors.

To Remove Refrigerator Door:

1. Remove top hinge cover screw on refrigerator door and remove cover.
2. Trace around hinge with soft lead pencil. This will make it easier to realign doors when they are replaced.
3. Remove top hinge and lift refrigerator door off bottom hinge pin. Set door aside.
4. Remove bottom hinge, if necessary.
5. Reverse this procedure to reinstall refrigerator door.

To Remove Freezer Door:

Hello paulascor549 - I completely understand that you took the oven door apart to clean it, therefore you must have took the following steps to do so. According from my research you would have to reassemble in reverse order. If you have already tried to do so and it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately.

Door Removal and Cleaning of Interior Glass

Tools needed: Phillips head screwdriver or small quad bit driver.


A. Open Door remove 2 screws and washers on door lining at door hinge area.

B. Refer to owners guide? With door in broil stop position lift door assembly off hinges.

C. Lay door on table, position so that handle hangs freely over edge of table

D. Remove 2 screws and washers that secure handle to lining assembly.

E. Remove 8 screws that attach textured steel door wrapper trim to lining assembly 3 at top, 3 at bottom, 1 on each side

F. Lift door lining up and out of wrapper trim assembly.

G. Lay lining assembly on table with wool shield/inner part of lining facing up.

H. Remove 2 glass clamps via 2 screws per clamp. These clamps attach innermost clear glass to wool shield.

I. Lift out center clear glass from wool shield, this glass just lays onto the wool shield and is held in place by the glass/ clamps in item H.

J. Clean each glass with appropriate cleaner, Windex, bon ami, fantastic, etc

K. One glass that remains in door lining assembly can at this time be cleaned without further disassembly the lining assembly.

L. Reassemble in reverse order.

Slacken off the lower hinge screws and re set the door to the correct height, then tighten them back up.
That should sort that out.

Take the screws out of the door hinges and move the hinges to the other side and remount the door. there should be holes on the opposite side for the hinge to mount.

All you'll have to do is take off the kick plate, actually remove the cords, and lubricate with soap (lower tech than spray silicon, but it's worked so far...)

Hi. I can help you. Look carefully at the hinge side of the door and you will see the screw pattern. Now look in the exact same areas on the non hinge side of both the door and the frame and you should see little plactic buttons which pry up and expose screw holes.

As long as you have these buttons/holes you can reverse the swing. If you do not have the predrilled holes on the other side, you can not reverse it. Most can be reversed so I am hoping yours is one of them. Good luck.
