How to get rid off the E display? - Canon MP-11DX Calculator

Here's how to get rid of it!
First,
go to settings and tap on "display".

Then, tap on "advanced".

Next, tap on "display rotation".

Finally, disable the "display rotation" toggle.

That's it! The screen orientation icon should no longer appear in the notification bar.

To get rid of this result display mode you set the display mode to another one: FIX, NORMal 1 or NORmal 2. But since you do not disclose the model and make of your claculator (are you afraid of calculator identity theft?) neither I nor anybody else will be able to tell you how to do it. Sorry.

FL means, filter check warning. To get rid of it, Press the 'mode" and " " (down) buttons simultaneously for 3-5 sec.

If you want to get rid of the display, you should have a DISPLAY button on the remote, just press that.

It means nothing to you. It just means that you are in a group. It could be an operator group or a paging group. No need to worry about it. The only way to get rid of it is to remove yourself from the group.

TRY UNPLUGING THE MONITOR

Bad control chip, mine has the same problem. If under warranty - send it in. I just tossed mine and bought a different LCD.

Without the original remote or a universal remote that does not have a display button, try unplugging the television for at least 2 minutes and plug the tv back in. This should reset the tv. If the universal remote has a display button, depress the button until you get the desired display results.
