alarm may be in battery back up mode when power is lost it will automaticly start running off these batteries that are usually located in the panel. diffrent devices have diffrent ways or restoring regular mode. i would contact the maker.

I see that you are having issues with your Electrolux refrigerator displaying a code of "59-CE" and nothing is working. That is not a valid error code. However, "CE" stands for a communication error and this can be cleared out by a reset on your refrigerator. In order to reset your refrigerator you can disconnect power from it for roughly ten minutes. If the reset does not help correct your issue it could be a possible problem with your main control panel or UIB (User Interface Board).
