8650 machine error 21 - Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer

Switch machine off and back on. The water didn't hit the sensor fast enough.

The machine does not detect the water flow in the circuit
The water circuit is interrupted The alarm can be reset by switching the machine off

The F21 error code indicates that you have a problem with the washing machine's motor.
Have it checked out by competent electrician.

F 21 indicates a drain problem.... mostly due to a clog. Google
washing machine F 21 code. There are many links including

Looking from the back of the 8650 counter with the lid open, there is a safety switch on the left side. It is either not pressed in when the lid is closed or it is broken. To test, take the two wires from that switch and connect them together. That will by pass the switch and allow the machine to work. Good luck.

loo like you replaced the cyan toner cart.. (with the machine powered off and unplugged) take a look inside the machine with the cyan toner cart out.. make sure that nothing is blocking the metal contacts or if there are dirty contacts. perhaps there is a piece of debris that is blocking the connection of the new toner cart to the printer. another thing to check is the contacts on the toner cart its self.

Your. 8650 is likely well over 20 years old. It has carbon brushes in the motor that may need replaced but your best bet Is to take it to your Riccar dealer to diagnose it or you might replace the wrong thing. You have a very durable long lasting machine obviously but there are minor things that need occasional service to keep it running properly for many more years. This series started with the 8600 models of which I still have many brought in for annual service. There has been an 8700 and 8800 series and now the latest 8900 series which has been out well over 10 years.
