Sounds like the Operating System is corrupt. I would re-format the hard drive and re-install the OS that should solve the problem. If not then the Hard drive needs to be replaced.

I would suggest going on E-Bay and looking. That is where I've found many parts.

IBM Thinkpad T22 doesn't have Wi-Fi adapter installed. you need a USB Wi-Fi adpater in other to have Wireless connection.

You can go for D-Link, 3COM,belkin USB Wi-Fi adapter. Make sure the USB Wi-Fi adapter support the Operating System you installed.

have you tried cleaning the lens ?

try re-installing the driver

does this mean you cannot see the screen at all? if this is correct I would remove and reseat the VGA cable located under the keyboard.
