I want to remove unwanted black lines without changing the drum in kx-mb1900 all in one

if you can clean the black line with a cloth, than you need just to replace the cleaning blade, but if the black line is not removing without a cloth, then you need to replace the opc drum and the cleaning blade or both blades, some machines of this type have only one cleaning blade but some have two cleaning blade.

sound like two problems 1. replace the toner cartridge and second close the recover properly, check the cover is not broken or missing the tab that goes into the printer to tell it the rear cover is closed

CALL SERVICE 3" means that the temperature of the fuser does not rise up to or exceed a constant temperature.
The temperature is monitored with the thermistor inside the fuser and detected with the voltage input into IC 300-D19

Dear friend , you guided about Brother printers not for Panasonic . There is no any option key on the panel of Panasonic kxmb1900 .

There is a dot somewhere on the drum, remove the drum and toner cartridge from the machine, then remove toner from drum. Look at the shiny roll, you can turn it from the black gear on the side. Once you find the dot use a cue tip dipped into little bit of alcohol and clean it off.

Check the drum. Take the drum and toner out of printer. Remove the toner and check the drum. Probably scratched.

It's time to change NEW DRUM UNIT..and that's why your Toner will Not Last Longer because unnecessary toner (the black lines) will be on the copy every time the fax comes or you make a copy.
