SOURCE: bose wave muoti cd changer

I have had a few of these come to my shop. The gears jump out of timing causing the cd lift to jam or become unalligned. The unit will have to be disassembled to get the CD out and the unit itself will need to be serviced (rebuild and retime cd changing mechanism)

How can I connect an SA-2 amplifier to the BOSE 321 Series II Media Center?

To connect an SA-2 amplifier to a BOSE 321 Series II Media Center, you will need to use a 3.5 mm audio cable. Connect one end of the cable to the headphone jack on the SA-2 amplifier and the other end to the auxiliary port on the BOSE 321 Series II Media Center. Once connected, you will be able to enjoy amplified sound from your media center.

How do i repair the cd player on my bose awrc1g radio cd player

Hi Susan

As there are no user serviceable parts inside your unit, your best bet would be to contact Bose directly. This is likely best left to the pros, especially if the unit is still under warranty.
Here's the link to your owners manual, service centres are on page 29.

Good luck!

I have a Bose Lifestyle 12 system. The power cord to the cd/radio seems to not be working.

Unless you have jerked it or pulled it hard this cord does not malfunction normally. Please inspect the jacks at both the end carefully in good light, and see if the pins are all straight and not bent by chance. If you want a replacement you will have to get it from a Bose store since it is a dedicated cable.
Or else if you want to test it yourself use a continuity tester ( or multimeter in Ohms range ) and touch it pin to pin on each end and see if the continuity on any one pin is broken.
