If it was my phone I would back up what I need , then do a factory reset .

Check under your contacts. They may be blocked.

Perform a hard reset on the device, following these: http://www.hard-reset.com/lg-optimus-l3-e400-hard-reset.html

That will erase all data and apps; including the virus.
