Some folks remove the hard drive...... then drill a hole right through it... If you have any doubts, drill some more holes through it... There is nothing left in the RAM (Random Access Memory)after you've shut off the computer.... so you don't have to worry about that....

As stated before there is a hard drive you can remove under the back cover or you can go through the function/gen settings/key op mode/0000 then scroll to initialize hard drive which should wipe it.

How to wipe iPhone cleanly

"Erase all content" means all of YOUR content, including all applications you have downloaded and all the data for those applications and all the data for Apple applications (i.e. Mail, Photos, Calendar, Safari, etc.) will not be completely removed from the device, they still remain on your iPhone and can be easily recovered by some iPhone data recovery.

I highly recommend you to try Safewiper iPhone data eraser app to complete your iPhone data, it will be the best choice when you need to sell your old iPhone or iPad.

Pin code cant open

There's no way to fix this, hence having a pin in the first place.

You need to use the PC companion suite to wipe the phone and install the system from scratch.

You can still access the memory card by removing it and using an sd card adapter allowing you to take off any data you need. (hopefully you do regular backups and the relevant file/s will be on your memory car, ie tel/numbers and contacts/emails etc, so when you restore your phone you can import everything back onto the clean system).

Printer disposal

Hi,

Do not worry about printer storing any personal data of yours. HP Printers do not have any data stored except for # of pages and Ink Level. However if you have setup fax and If you had setup Speed Dial List, you need to wipe the # in the list.

To do this, Disconnect the power cord from back of printer. Press and Hold # and 6 button while connecting the power cord and release the buttons after 2-3 seconds.

This will erase all the data from the Printer

My pc havet a drive for my flash memory

If you want to format to remove all the data from your flash drive and wipe it clean you do not need a program as you can do it through windows.
Step 1 - Plug in your flash drive to a working usb port Step 2 - Click on start and then click My Computer. Step 3 - Find your memory stick. In most cases drive C is your hard drive and drive D is your disc drive. This means that your memory stick is most likely drive E. It is a removable storage device and not your hard drive. This is very important because you don't want to format your hard drive. Step 4 - Back up any data you want to keep from your flash drive. When you are done with the formatting everything will have been removed from it. Drag the files you want to keep from your memory stick onto a folder on your computer. Step 5 - In your My Computer folder right click on your flash drive icon and click format.

Remove Memory from PC before recycling PC

If you look at the motherboard you should see a plastic strip with black squares on it sticking up from the motherboard about 4 inches long. Often in older models the memory cards were at a slant. Either way there are 2-4 slots populated with 1 to 4 of these green plastic strips. Just pop them out. They may have little clips on each end that you have to depress to get them out of the slots. Hope this helps.
