You might like to Power it off completely by removing the Battery for a few seconds.
If that doesn't help, try booting from your Win7 Installation Disk.

was there a new hardware that was added to your laptop? bluescreens often are caused by hardware.
while the laptop is booting up when you are asked for options on how to start you computer is there an option for start windows using last known configuration? if there is try that and if it still goes into bluescreen you may want to try and recover your laptop using the hp recovery cd or recovery tool. if it still doesn't work most likely you have a bad memory chip.

Screen is failing. I have an Ibook that starts pink but it goes away, it's been like that for 6 months.

What you can do is if you have more than one memory modules, you can boot the system with single and see. If this is due to memory leakage issue, you can find it here

go onto the bios after pressing f2 and look through the options and tabs and tick or change whichever option is about the setup or start up

you want to time in the number corresponding to start windows normally and press enter.

When booting up keep F8 pressed untill you see a screen come up with various things you can do. Using the updown keys select go back to a setting that last work[ or word ti that effect] click on that see what happens come back when you can
