If ur using windows 7 then automatically it'll detect, otherwise u must install USB drivers... the USB drivers comes in a CD along with mobile phone Box... try to install or download about the model...

Your computer won't recognize your phone until it's drivers are installed. Google the model of your phone + the operating system +driver. Install the driver and then hook the phone to the computer by the usb that comes with the phone.

For example. If I had a Samsung Galaxy phone and Windows 7, I would type "Samsung Galaxy Windows 7 Drivers" into google. Download and install.

Another easier way to do it would be to simply Email the pictures to yourself and save them on the computer that way.
