Question about RCA H100 MP3 Player

Music at chipmunk speed

My mp3 player was doing fine and then all of a sudden it started playing at chipmunk speed and nothing I do will change it. Help! I have pushed every button on the thing which of course doesn't help. I've recharged the battery but to no avail.

Try reseting it, look on the back of the mp3, and it tells you how to reset it.

My iPod Touch is speeding up, downloaded podcasts are starting to sound like a chipmunk cartoon. Any ideas?

With podcasts on the ipod touch you can vary the speed of play. From normal speed to 1.5 times, 2 times and half speed. Just under the play indication is a button which is probably reading 1.5x or 2x press this button and you will be able to change the speed back to 1x. Hope this helps.

If you are using Media Player, open media player, click on View, then Enhancements, choose Play Speed Settings, move to the bottom left of the screen and select Normal, it will be between Slow and Fast. Let me know if this helps

The "please sync" error means you need to connect to Rhapsody and sign-in. It will update your licenses so you can play the music.

If thats not working, your account is expired, or Rhapsody needs to check your account.

Best of Luck.
