My tv only blinks red will not turn on

It can be caused by manu=y things, but the first place to check will be the power supply, look for caps with domed tops, burnt parts, etc.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.

Tries tv unplug,replug it back like about an hour later.By letting the tv resetting itself back to the factory setting.Now the tv should be working again.If still have the same problems.Than this tv have power supply board problems.That the board where the power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
just inform the supplier it was covered with warranty so you can availed it.
