Did you try cleaning all of the rollers coming into contact with the paper? I use alcohol and/or rubber restorer.

replace the catridge with new one

click on this link and download the driver for your printer. then goto the file you downloaded the driver too and install it to your computer. then if your printer is already hooked up to the computer a message will pop up and say new hardware found dell 968 printer or something of the sort

pu hard cop into scanner, then go to My computer and double click scanner icon, a window pops up showing progress of scan.

Hi there,

• Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
• Unistall the printer drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the printer appications
• restart the computer
• try to download drivers from the website
• after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
• then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page.
