I can only confirm that the is no D4 Error shown anywhere. If Neff, the maker can't tell you what the error is, then surely no-one can. Very poor show. I think I would be cutting my losses and go back to a traditional cooktop from a different maker and pursue a legal case against Neff. They should change their name to 'Naff'.

NEFF induction hob error codes The most common faults of a NEFF induction hob are:

• The hob not starting up;
• The hob shutting off during cooking;
• The hob flashing after finishing cooking;
• The hob making a noise;
• Food isn't cooking evenly.

NEFF induction hob error codes that may help you locate the source of the problem are shown here:

• F1 - Tnsuitable cookware is being used, or there's no cookware in the zone;
• F2/F02/F4/F04- Tour appliance hasn't cooled down completely;
• F8/F08 - If your hob has been working on high power for a long time, the timeout will activate;
• E9 - There's an internal fault with your appliance electronics.

Bear in mind that most of the issues will require a certifed induction hob engineer to complete the job and fix your NEFF appliance.

If the appliance stops during dishwashing or does not start for no obvious reason, first run the Abort
programme function (Reset).
Terminating the programme (Reset)
1. Open the door.
2. Press START button 9 for approx. 3 sec. until all displays go out.
3. Close the door.
The remaining programme sequence for draining the residual water takes approx. 1 minute.

I am not sure if this applies to your model as I translated it from German.....

Error E5121, E5122 or E5123: Problem with the pump On FullSteam steam ovens, the display may show error codes E5121, E5122 or E5123. These indicate that either the pump or the water hose are clogged or calcified. To rectify the fault, proceed as follows: 1. Descale the device according to the operating instructions. 2. Use the special liquid descaler from our NEFF shop for this. 3. If error E5122 occurs when rinsing after descaling, it can be rectified by waiting about 30 minutes after inserting the tank with fresh water before closing the shutter and thus continuing the rinsing process. The pump then has time to cool down. It is particularly stressed during descaling and can cause the malfunction if it heats up.

This is more of an idea than solution but have you tried disconnecting the power supply and then plugging it back in? If the red led display lights up you will know it works. Otherwise I would say it's time to replace the microwave. If you don't have access to the power supply try flipping the breaker.

Hello there,

when the machine makes drowning sounds and beeps error dry (while trying to drin out) blow strongly into the drain pipe. It should result in a higher flow of water out the drain pipe and error 3 should go away.

F12 is either the motor, or eprom chip on pcb. Most likely to be motor
